Returns and Refunds

If any of your frames have been damaged in the post please email us immediately, and we can advise the next best course of action.
If you are unhappy with your order, please also get in touch with us with your concerns.
Items that have been pre-ordered which means they have been specially imported for you or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us.
