Eligible Items for Return:

  • Items damaged during shipping or found defective upon delivery are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage.
  • If the product you received is significantly different from what you ordered, you may return the product, and we will issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable as they are specially made for you.
  • Please note that items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition to be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  • If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Once the return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
  • Lost or Undelivered Parcels: We offer free re-shipment for lost or undelivered packages.
